2. Hosting / Website Platform

This website is built and hosted on Squarespace, provided by Squarespace Ireland Ltd. (for users in the EEA). When you visit our website, Squarespace automatically processes technical server-log data — including your IP address, date and time of the request, referrer URL, and browser/device information — to deliver the site securely and reliably.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).
Squarespace acts as our processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Some data may be transferred to the United States; where this occurs, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply.

3. Contact Form

When you submit our contact form ("Get in Touch" / "Request a Conversation"), we process the data you provide: first name, last name, email address, request category, and your message.

  • Purpose: to receive and respond to your enquiry.

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

  • Storage: Submissions are processed via Squarespace and stored in our Squarespace Contacts panel and/or sent to our business email address hello@bykorytko.com.

  • Retention: We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations, after which it is deleted.

4. Communication Buttons (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Our website contains buttons that link to external services:

  • WhatsApp Business — clicking the button opens a chat via WhatsApp. If you contact us this way, your data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta according to their terms. We receive the phone number and message content you send. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR.

  • Instagram — links to our profile, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

  • LinkedIn — links to our company page, operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.

These are simple outbound links (buttons), not embedded plugins — no data is transmitted to these providers until you actively click the button and leave our site. Once you interact with these platforms, their respective privacy policies apply:
